The factory and warehouse at Dammam has more than doubled in size, and the plant is capable of producing 20 million litres per 8 hour shift, annually. New bulk storage facilities are linked to fully automated equipment with optimised product flow. A state of the art computer system is linked to production and storage using a Process Logic Control System incorporating finished goods stock control and ordering. The satellite warehouses in Riyadh, Jeddah, Abha, Kuwait and Dubai in United Arab Emirates will also be linked to the same system.

Health and safety in the factory are given great attention. Zoned electrical areas, extraction systems, and fire safety measures all contribute to an environment conforming to European ISO standards. A new, world class, tinting system allows the production of over 100,000 colour options in most products and a spectrophotometer system allows automated matching to customers samples of ceramics, fabrics, or even carpets. Covering a product range of almost 400 items ensures our customers can purchase from SIPCO the product that suits their needs.
